LAHORE (TheSportsNext) July 31, 2012: Amid a
huge uproar in the British media, a Pakistani court released four employees of
National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) and Lahore Passport Office
on Tuesday after the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) found no evidence
against them.
The four people, who were accused of their alleged
involvement in the infamous London 2012 Olympics Visa Scam, were released by a magisterial
court in Lahore after the FIA probe found them innocent.

(TheSportsNext) July 26, 2012: The Government of Pakistan said Thursday
that it will bring The Sun newspaper into court of law for false allegations in
the Olympics visa scandal.
The country’s interior minister, Rehman Malik, claimed that
Pakistan was victim of a foreign plot aimed to defaming the country in
international community.
