OTTAWA
(TheSportsNext) August 1, 2012: Cricket Canada is pleased to announce the
inaugural National Cricket League (NCL) to take place at Maple Leaf Cricket
Club in King City, ON from August 2-11th, 2012. The five team, ten day event
will consist of a multi-format 50 over and T20 competition featuring Canada's
top 65 High Performance & Elite cricketers.
Squads contain a balance of the top 21 HP cricketers and 44
Elite cricketers from across the country to ensure both regional representation
and multiple national team members in each representative team to form Cricket
Canada's top tier domestic competition.
