WELLINGTON (TheSportsNext) August 30, 2012: Former New Zealand fast bowler Shane Bond on Thursday showed his interest in filling up the void created by Damien Wright in the New Zealand Cricket (NZC) saying he was ready to get associated with the board but not without knowing the job description before any commitment.

Split coaches for different formats was John Buchanan's idea

SHARJAH (TheSportsNext) August 24, 2012: The New Zealand Cricket (NZC) board and the national director of cricket, John Buchanan had expressed an interest in having separate coaches for separate formats of the game.

Interestingly, he may not have given this idea during his tenure as coach in Australia.
