Shahid Afridi shows reservations on new bowling coach

KARACHI (TheSportsNext) August 26, 2012: Former Pakistan skipper Shahid Afridi, on Sunday, showed his discontent to the bowling coach appointment by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) saying if he needed helped in bowling he would reach legendary spinners like Saqlain Mushtaq or Mushtaq Ahmed rather than a former fast bowler.

Shahid Afridi rates Indian Premier League as the best T20 league

KARACHI (TheSportsNext) August 8, 2012: Former Pakistani skipper Shahid Khan Afridi said Wednesday that the Indian Premier League (IPL) is the best foreign Twenty20 league and absence of Pakistani cricketers was a disappointing factor.

Afridi was talking to reporters at the Moin Khan Cricket Academy on the sidelines of the Corporate Twenty20 tournament which is played every year during the holy month of Ramadan.
