PCB set to penalize irresponsible Zulqarnain Haider

NEW DELHI (TheSportsNext) September 4, 2012: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) said Tuesday that it will soon take legal action against the runaway wicketkeeper Zulqarnain Haider, who failed to respond to the PCB notice after making baseless allegations against Kamran Akmal.
