series between San Francisco Giants and Detroit Tigers in San Francisco.
The two finalists entered the World Series 2012 in contrast

The two teams also have different energy levels going into
the Game 1 of the World Series 2012 as Detroit Tigers completed their romp of
New York Yankees last Thursday while San Francisco Giants only entered the MLB
World Series on Monday.
It would be interesting to see if rest becomes rust for the
Detroit Tigers or not as they will have to face a high-flying San Francisco
Giants who are riding a three-match winning streak.
The Game 1 is scheduled for Wednesday night (tonight) where
apart from the bigger battle a competition between Detroit Tigers Justin
Verlander and San Francisco Giants Barry Zito is also a great attraction for
the Major League Baseball fans.

Louis Cardinals by 9-0 in Game Seven of their National League Champions Series to
